WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Orders will be dispatched the following business day after being placed. Please consider weekends, and public holidays when ordering, as we can only dispatch on business days. 

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
Our orders are dispatched with Australia Post via tracked standard or express methods. These methods require a signature on delivery, so please consider a suitable delivery address when checking out. If your address is unattended when delivery is made, it will be taken to your local post office for later collection. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email, which includes your tracking number. This can be used on the Australia Post parcel tracking website www.auspost.com.au/track/.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET?
If your order has not arrived within the timeframe of your chosen method, please contact or visit your local post office, as it is likely that it is there waiting collection. If the parcel is not at the post office, please contact Ocean People, and we will help locate your order. 

Please note that Australia Post does not deliver on weekend, or public holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL

 * Excludes time in customs, if applicable, and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of our control. Delivery to areas outside of international metropolitan major cities will take longer. 

CUSTOMS & DUTY TAX
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined and calculated by the Customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes is usually based on the value of the order, and the tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such duties or taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges.

RETURNS

You can return any garment within 40 days of purchase, for a full refund. Items must be as new (unwashed, unworn and with original labels attached). 
Please contact us or email returns@oceanpeople.com to request return authorisation address details. We encourage using a trackable, reliable postage method to return any items to us, we cannot process any returns until they are received.
